On December 22, a partnership was created with the ESSTIN graduate school in Nancy for the SHELL ECO MARATHON, (an international competition with races run on 3 continents: America, Asia and Europe), which seeks to stimulate competition among educational institutions on the theme of cars.
The team are working closely together on the development of wheels for the new Vir’Volt vehicle.

26.01.2012 |SCit is developing RTM injection and LRI infusion technology
In order to further improve its capabilities, SCit is installing a new resin injection line for RTM (Resin Transfer Moulding) and LRI (Liquid Resin Infusion) processes.
Developed in cooperation with the French company ISOJET, this machine allows for optimal control over operational parameters.
Thanks to an automatic controller, the degassing, temperature, pressure, vacuum and flow rate can all be automatically managed. The use of a PC-based monitoring system allows for the continuous recording of operational parameters.
